Poor service towards black people at KFC Silverton Village Pretoria

KFC Silverton Village has staff members who have no time for customers. While I were there with my family they were standing around in groups behind the counter and one lady while trying to take an order from us, was busy with her colleagues and not listening to us. When we asked what was going on, the other lady rep**** they were waiting for a cashier meanwhile they were all in front of the cash register. Suddenly the third lady said she was going to help us and she did. After we showed dissatisfaction with their treatment they made us wait for 21 minutes for a mere 1 piece and 2 zinger wings meal. This was uncharacteristic of KFC brand especially as there was only 1 or 2 customers in the shop after us. The staff in the shop did not even have any audacity or sense of remorse to say sorry to us.
