Poor service, terrible food

<p>Good day</p> <p>Not one to complain but enough is enough.</p> <p>We went through N1 city KFC drive through Wednesday 21/09/2016. Took us 15 minutes to recieve our food. ( Two zinger box master meals). We eventually recieved it and drove home. When we opened the boxes, the chips and mash&gravy was cold, chicken was old and chewy as well as a drop of sauce on each burger. Not happy about this. This isnt the first time we recieved old, cold food. </p> <p>Service was to poor to even thinking about going back (no use)</p> <p>Would really appreciate the feedback as i am only hoping that you employ competent friendly staff for the sake of the business. You guys are loosing customers and we actually dread coming to N1 city KFC.</p> <p>Thanks, Chloe</p>
