Poor service , rude and *********** employees

I ordered food online and order was accepted, 10min later i get sms driver couldn't get hold of me, i call them back and i am told different stories because their employees are ***********, one tells me there are no driver hence order not recieved, manager was not suppose to accept my order, but thats not what the sms says, I ask for a refund and i am told it will take 24-48hrs, mind you our whole area has no electricity and i have toddlers in the house, i ask the girl to find alternatives to assist, even if they replace the order, she placed me on hold for over 10min and hung up on me, this is just a summary of what actually happened, I am so angry because i advised her I dont have any more cash tp get food for my kids but she just didnt care, see me purchase anything from KFC kill me
