Poor Service, Poor Quality

Dear All

I must say that KFC is getting from bad to worse and nothing is being done about it. I could remember when I was younger that you get the smell of KFC a mile away and it was a luxury that everyone looked forward too and very few could afford it. Today we can afford this but the quality has deteriorated. I waited in the drive thru for 15 min before I could be served further to that I waited another 10 min till I could receive my order. What is the purpose of a drive thru if the order takes that long. I have purchased the KFC bucket promotion for R200 and still spent an additional R70 or so. Only to get home to find that the chicken still had a raw taste and was not cooked properly and had to be thrown out. When one complains to the KFC customer care centre nothing gets done, so what is the way forward.
