Poor service once again!

KFC Doornpoort. Poor service! I ordered Masala chicken from Nomsa, after I paid, when she was ready to bring the food she tells me they dont have spice for masala chicken. That was after I confirmed 3 times that they do indeed have the spice for what i ordered. This is the 2nd time I asked for masala and both times they dont have it. How can you advertise items that you dont have?
