Poor service on kfc app online

On Sunday the 27 of August 2023 at 13h00 I ordered kfc online order number #khalipha *** from kfc welgemoed on the kfc app to be delivered at my work place and then the app alert that ordered has arrived and delivered but I didn't get it when I got out to check the delivery guy is standing outside far away from my address when I call him he drove away then I call the kfc app service a lady call Pamela she told me that on their side it say it's delivered but idid not received and the lady iwas talking to she was not helpful Because I told her they must refund my money or give me my order still didn't get anything still today
