Poor service on all levels

I submitted my order on uber eats to KFC randpark ridge. They accept my order, deducted the money from my account, sent me a notification saying the driver is collecting my order (Joseph) then it suddenly was canceled. I submitted a complaint and they responded saying I wasn't charged for the order there's no need for a response. Why did KFC accept my order and uber deducted the money from my account if they were never gona deliver anyway!?????
