poor service of KFC in MAMS MALL

I visited KFC in MAMS MALL today and the service was below poor. I went to buy a twister meal with the price of 54.90 rand but they didn't have cups for my drink instead of giving me a substitution they made there problem mine. the only solution was to sell me the same meal with an upsized drink with the price of 75rand which was unacceptable the manager of KFC who was not even wear a name tag who rude and kept on telling us we making noise and we should give them solutions which she also refused. she also had audacity to tell us to go to another KFC which is which is far
