Poor service / No communication

<p>To whom this may concern . The KFC opposite greenstone shopping mall in Edenvale. Client satisfaction and helpfulness is lower than poor. I stood in the line for more than 20 min, waiting to be served, I over heard at the teller no card only cash. This is poor management, proper trained managers would act quickly to resolve this. Unacceptable </p>
