Poor service- needs technology upgrade

KFC Glen Acres, Kempton Park. I drove to the drive through to place my order, as usual it took me about 25 minutes to reach the intercom where we place orders. i placed my order but when i arrived to the pay-point window, there was no one to attend me (+-4min)....after some few car hoots from behind i decided to drive to the collection window thinking i will pay/collect my order there. i could not get help. the lady said i should have payed before coming her window. i asked for a speedpoind to make a card payment... she said all paypoint are connected to the computers inside in the front-desk.... i was asked to come inside to make payment (they said the drive through is now closed i have to come inside, that was +-45 minutes later). i asked for the manager "Thabo" he also said said i should come inside...i told him i wish my legs could carry me inside. he said "im sorry i cannot help you sir". HOW I WISH YOU COULD MANAGE YOUR BRANCH WELL THABO. GET YOURSELF WIRELESS SPEEDPOINTS.
