POOR SERVICE, MISLEADING CLIENTS AND CLIENT DISREGARD.

Tuesday 18Aug I placed an order online because i saw their current promotion. I went to pick up my order when i got there they told me they did not receive it and i spoke the manager he told me the check-in was not done which we tried doing on my app and the link was not there. So i went back to see if payment went off and it did. So i placed another order got a new Ref No. and was told i was going to get a refund, i asked if i was given the extra peace as per promotion and i was told because i paid on collection so i don't qualify for that. I went and called another branch to see if they received my order they told me the email with my Ref number is addressed to someone else so they couldn't help me, they promised to call me back and 4 days have passed no feedback. The meat was half cooked. I don't know why they are doing this to customers. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY ONE.
