POOR SERVICE - MCDONALDS WILROWGATE

I went to McDonald in Wilrowgate and ordered 2 x Jalapeno sauces with my order. When I got home I realised that the sauce was not in my order. I then called McDonalds to complain as this was not the first time that happened. I spoke to a lady who introduced herself as the store manager. She apologised and asked me to collect the next time a visit the store. She told me it was not necessary to keep the receipt and that she will write my name in their book and the anyone will be able to see it. Indeed on my next visit I asked for my sauce and was told there is no such thing as writing in the book and that they will not give me the sauce without a receipt. I was unfairly treated especially because it was not the first time I was ****** from the same McDonalds.
