POOR SERVICE & MANAGEMENT

On the 15th of December at 10pm I went to buy food at the KFC drive thru in Muller street Bethlehem. The line was relatively long and only the drive thru was open. The problem came in when people (who was not in the line) parked in the parking area and walked to the paying point to order food. We(the people in line) were ignored and these people were helped first. These people were drunk, shouting and disturbing the people in line. When I finally arrived at the paying point there was 5 people standing around watching me as I paid by debit card. There was about 6 cars in front of me and I was helped at 11:45, after almost 2 hours of waiting. It was unacceptable!!!
