Poor service KFC LORRAINE, circular drive,port elizabeth

I am perturbed by my experience at KFC Circular Drive,Port Elizabeth On Sunday the 23rd January at 16:30 I placed an order on line order nu 9946 which consisted of 4 Zinger and streetwise 3 with roll, mash and coleslaw

When I arrived to fetch order at pay window I requested 3 times that I don't want wings or drumstick in my streetwise

When I received my order at collection window I was given drumsticks and wings no coleslaw When I asked cashier where coleslaw was I was arrogantly told that they had replaced my coleslaw with chips yet their was no Chips in order and I had asked no chips

I had to send order back 3 times and arrogance of cashier as well as manager and quality of chicken was unacceptable !

I will definatly not reccomend KFC LORRAINE to anybody as staff are rude and arrogant, chicken is dry as biltong orders are not done as requested

When asked to rectify manager does nothing about matter Order nu 9946 Phillip ***
