Poor service KFC Langebaan

I religiously every Friday stop on my way from work at KFC in Langebaan. I've been there to buy food probably more than 30 times. Of the 30 about 5 times my order was 100% correct. The other 25 times my order was always wrong. I've addressed this with the staff and a manager (esmerelda and others) and I have also lodged prior complaints about this on hello Peter. To date I am experiencing the same poor service which says that nothing is being done to correct what ever issue there is. People rarely make use of the drive through as they know they probably have to check their orders and get it fixed which causes congestion in then drove thru.

Is the bigger KFC organization really interested in delivering high quality service? If so why has nothing been done. How many times must patrons experience poor service until something is done?
