Poor Service, KFC Kwagga Mall.

I love KFC and I buy from them every week. However, the service I received from KFC at Kwagga Mall by a lady with a name tag Victoria is really terrible. She is so unprofessional and annoyed by customers. May she be given proper training on customer experience or be used at back and not deal directly with customers.
