POOR SERVICE KFC HEILBRON

I ordered online to skip the qeue, my order was not ready when i arrived, they did not have any buns and asked if they could do the burgers as wraps instead, which i agreed to cause i was running late. I ordered 3 snack burgers for my kids and the chicken on the snack"burger" was so spicy i could not even eat it. R170.00 later and hungry kids at aftercare today. My order was placed before 13h00 already, they could not call to tell me there is a problem
