Poor service kfc attlyn

I've experienced bad service from kfc staff at attlyn, I understand it was busy night and rainy I saw drive trough que was long I decided to go in store, to my disappointment after waiting for so long they took my order and gave it to drive through customer prioritizing them. Today still I went there by drive through only to tell me that online order are only being paid in store after waiting for an Hour on the drive through their service is very poor
