POOR SERVICE IN SOWETO

I went to the KFC at protea point waited 15 min in the drive thru and it did not move an inch so i decided to drive off to the KFC at Protea Gardens, i was there at 9:45 was not greeted by staff had to wait for 5 minutes until i enquired where the queue was, i waited a further 5 minutes to be told the meat was finished. I have never had such poor service at KFC and to think that i have been a customer for many years. I am furious and very dissapointed at the level of serivce in the soweto area is it because we are black or were the staff not given enough customer service training.
