Poor service from stuff

I got the worst service ever. One of the consultant had an attitude towards the customers and when I called the manager to cancel the order after waiting for a long time without being assisted. The manager was also very rude. Even the person who was after me decided to cancel their order due to that. No apologies and no explanation. I went the on Wednesday, 28th , June 2023. Time was around 12:15pm -13:10
