Poor service from Manager and Fikile at KFC RoseHaven

I bought streetwise and burger at KFC (Rose Haven)on N4 last night. I asked specifically for thighs and drum sticks and told Fikile (cashier) that I don’t want wing or breast. I was surprised when I was given breast and wing. Fikile told me she can’t replace my meal because I touched the wing already. I thought it would have been better if she replaced the two pieces that I didn’t touch. She called her manager who refused to replace it and she refunded me my money. By that time I was with my 6 year old son who was very hungry. They refunded my whole amount including the burger which was supposed to be given to my son. He cried very sad and hurt. We’re in the middle of where the are no shops and have to comfort a crying child who is very hungry. It’s very sad to be treated the way they did.

Please let them know how sad I am about their service.
