Poor service from kfc tshongweni

I get to kfc tshongweni and order a box master meal(zinger) and the cashier rudely told me she doesn’t have coldrink so I must either buy a box master only or buy the box master separately and buy regular chips on the side (additional R15 which brings it close to the same total as if I were buying a meal). So my fiancé and I ask her to call the supervisor, supervisor(Gugu) hesitates and sends the cashier back to us to tell us that what we want is IMPOSSIBLE…eventually she decides to come and rudely asks us what we want to happen because what we’re asking for is impossible and can’t be done. After going back and forth she agreed to give me a box master @R49.90 and add regular chips for free

My problem with the service is the attitude…the ‘manager’ Gugu didn’t even have her name tag on I had to ask for her name and the cashier tshimu had hers upside down…it gave me the impression that because we’re customers from the township we don’t need to be taken seriously and we don’t deserve quality service Furthermore, I feel as an employee you need to always represent the brand and they’re service did not seem to care about that.
