Poor service from KFC Kimberley

Stop at Kimberley KFC . on the corner of Bultfontein and George Street. Was the only one in the que .Ordered my breakfast, on which the waitress informed that the eggs were not ready and it should take 4 minutes to be ready. Paid for my order,waited the 4 minutes. But it later become a absolute joke that the eggs were still not ready. After the eggs were ready after about 25 minutes,they informed that i have to wait another few minutes for the coffee. After 10 minutes they informed me then that the coffee machine was broken !!!!!!. At this time I was already late for work. And requested a refund which upon the manager reluctately offered me a refund of R50 for the 2 coffees. Absolute Patetic Service of KFC !!!!!!!! Will never go back !!!!!!!
