Poor service from KFC Elarduspark

When I ordered from KFC Elarduspark via Mr. Delivery, the two big mash and gravy's were filled only halfway. As I did it via Mr. Delivery, I couldn't complain about it at the franchise. This is very poor service! I will be using another branch from now on.
