Poor service from KFC

KFC Terrible service received from Northway branch Durban. Ordered a 9 piece bucket and each and every piece was not tasteful and very dry. Called the branch and customer service...no one is bothered to assist. Nellie from Northway branch has not even attempted to assist. Terrible service and experience.
