Poor Service from KFC

Good Day

I would like to share a bad service received from KFC Westgate Mall entrance 2 opposite Game, A lady by the name of Lucia is very rude to customers. We were buying using a Tuyu token, their system showed that it was not successful but when I check the balance it showed that it went through. When I ask Lucia if there is a way for her on the system the she told me with an attitude that it is not possible only to find it is possible because her supervisor checked for me, Lucia did not even apologize for lying to me instead she shouted at me and called a customer who was behind me while I was busy with her supervisor at her till. Lucia is very rude and does not know how to treat customers.
