POOR SERVICE FROM KFC

I purchased KFC via MrD, and my order and request was not met. When I called the manager of the branch, the manager was so rude and didn't want to take any responsibility. Told me to contact Mr D, however my concern is packaged the food and are the Mr D drivers checking our meals. To date the area manager of KFC has not called me neither the owner
