Poor service from Customer care

Good I am sad as a customer for not getting assistant from kfc customer service.. On 1st i was purchasing a kfc meal via VodaPay app.. And it show that my order went through and i was using a voucher for R75.. I never received any order number but my voucher was reedem.. I did sent customer service to assist me.. But this Busiswe Kubeka busy sending lots of email without calling me and ask me what happened. Thats very bad service
