Poor service from a big franchise like KFC RONDENBOSCH

My first time in History when I go to KFC in Rondebosch to buy food and I'm told that there is no chicken I have to wait for 20 minutes. What kind of a service is that, inconveniencing customers. I'm sorry people are not serious about customers they are not important I mean this is not just any ****a shop where u can expect such treatment. Hungry as I was I ended up not even interested in anything it took away hunger.
