Poor service

Came to some good old Streetwise at KFC birch acres mall in Tembisa, the service was horrible and terrifying, stood on the que for almost an hour just to order and I was at the front of the line, after ordering you wait another 40 to 45min just for Streetwise 3 with pap, they should prepare their stuff before opening and stop wasting consumer time
