Poor Service

Firstly, they don’t deserve any stars. My husband and I go to KFC in Crown Mines (next to Makro). We ordered streetwise 2 with chips and a twister meal with sprite. The lady assisting us then communicates that they’re out of chips, as in they don’t have any in store. We then opt for the two pieces alone and the twister with just a drink. When we have to pay, she charged us only the 2 pieces of meat saying she thought we didn’t want the twister meal since they don’t have chips. We tell her that at no point did we say we don’t want it. So she then had to rectify that and we made 2 transactions to correct her mistake. When we get to the collection window; only the 2 pieces arrive without the twister. That lady then says that chips are available if we will wait. So we ask ourselves why were we told and made to think that they’re out of stock completely. We then decide to wait for the chips in front of the store. When they eventually bring it, it’s the wrong drink!!! Really not impressed with their service especially they’re communication amongst themselves and with they’re customers.
