Poor Service Experience .

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received yesterday at KFC Mabopane while using the drive-thru.

I waited for more than 30 minutes without any communication or explanation for the delay. When I finally reached the ordering point, I politely tried to ask if there was a problem so that customers could be informed and possibly choose to leave before more cars joined the queue. Unfortunately, the staff member assisting me interrupted me and responded rudely, asking if I was going to order before I could even finish speaking. When I got to the payment window, the lady there apologized for the delay, which I appreciated. However, at the collection point, the same staff member who initially assisted me handed me my order in an unprofessional manner. To make matters worse, when I got home, I found that my Streetwise Three meal contained only white meat pieces, which was not what I expected. I kindly request that you review your drive-thru camera footage from that time to assess both the delay and the attitude of the staff member involved. This experience was disappointing, and I hope steps will be taken to improve customer service at this branch.
