Poor service ever at KFC TZG-KSA725 Tzaneen Mall

I am so disgusted with the service i got at KFC Tzaneng Mall, the team is very slow they don't have tram work, communication is very poor, they take customer for granted, they help their family members first nigleting customers on the que, i bought box master meal an wait for 45 minutes without getting it, when i ask why is taking so long one od their staff member told me that they don't have lattice, when i ask why you didn't tell me when i pay, she told me that she didn't know that they dont have lattice, so i asked for refund and she told me that i must wait dor lattice they went to buy, so it took me 1hour 30 minutes to get my order. Please with many pleases train your staff to take customer serious cos im not happy at all.
