Poor service

What a ****ty experience with one of the outlets, the order didn’t move yet it was cancelled and when I call your client care there’s no valid reason why the order was cancelled. The SMS you sent about the driver not being able to reach me yet I entered all my contacts. This is the second time I experience such poor service from you guys, at first no covid regulations were adhered to during the peak of this pandemic from all stuff members in store then when we try to minimise exposure by visiting the store and we order online we experience such things. It’s quite evident that my money is not valued and need to find a restaurant where I will be valued as a customer. Reference for the call was #764615 and I request my refund to be processed ASAP as I am not willing to wait for the 7 business days SLA
