Poor service

I went to isandodale on Sunday at 15h45, drive thru there was no one to help. Got in, the service I received from the cashier was extremely poor, the attitude was on another level. I actually helped myself with card payment, she left me on the counter. She even put everything on the counter and said" there is your order". The laughter and the noise at the back was so disturbing. To my surprise when another customer arrives got assist at drive thru. There is no control and unprofessional. The Security by the entrance is the one with proper welcoming.
