Poor Service

I made a purchase on the KFC on the 13th of January for R159.70 when the transaction was fully processed order went through to Gateway KFC and I was in Kwamashu and i couldn't fetch it there. I immidatetly called KFC gateway to see if they can reroute the order to kwamashu or cancel transaction (Ngcebo***) i was advised to call customer care as they can't help me,,, which i did and was told the KFC gateway branch should process refund as money was paid into their account. Called again to KFC Gateway and got through to a gentleman who said he will escalate the matter and get back to me till now no one called and i also went to Facebook and it has not helped even went to gateway on the 23/03/2021 spoke to the female manager there who took my details and i promised to resolve it in 2 days and she will call me on the 24th March 2021 to give me feedback i had to send a Bank statement to her its almost 3-4months now no refund.
