Poor service( disgusting service)

I ordered 2 streetwise two online amd made a payment. I arrived at kfc in new redruth village to collect. When i was on my way there i saw kn the apo that my order was collected of which i never got it. I asked the lady called Sane, she has silver teeth and she doesnt care at all about her job. She just looked at me and went to the back for 10 minutes, came back and showed her silver teeth and said nothing. The other lady came and asked for my order number and came back knowing which order is it then got the order aftee 10 minutes again. This kfc is useless, the staff is useless and there is no service nor sense of agency. They lie about waiting time, they close tickets without a person getting their order. They dont care about clients. This is not the 1st time its happening and they are used to doing as they please. Im so irritated because my whole tea time break ended at kfc without eating, while i ordered online to speed up the process of waiting time. Something needs to be done. This Sane lady needs to be taught client services because she is the worst person i had to experience today. Take all the staff memberd to training. My time got wasted and this is not for rhe 1st time. They are in their mother's houses.
