Poor service disguisting

I am very disguisted by the level of service recevied. Teller was rude by the name of lindinwe carnival city. Couldnt comprehend the order given and the back of house sevivce was poor brcause they couldnt process a simple 3 pieces whichbtook an hour to preoare
