Poor service delivery

Kfc Delivery is meant to be quick and reliable, but the level of service from the call center and the delivery service is disappointing. I ordered an hour 45 minutes ago and they still have not pitched and when I call to follow up I get given an attitude from the call center agent and I am still waiting for the delivery they still have not pitched.. The promise was that I would receive the order in 40 minutes but it's close to 2 hours now... I am very disappointed
