Poor service delivery

I went to the KFC drive through in Tokai to buy a street wise 2. Waited about 10 minutes in the queue to order my meal. The main reason for the delay was the backup from customers waiting on there food. I waited patiently for my turn at the window to receive my meal. I eventually got to the window to collect my meal and was told that the chicken is still in the pot and will take 3 minutes and that they will give me an extra piece of chicken as compensation for the wait. After 3 minutes a different lady told me to park on the side as the chicken is taking longer. I waited another 10 minutes for my food to be completed. When i left the KFC, i checked the time and it was 22:14, my order was placed at 21:54. When i got home i checked my order and found only 2 pieces of chicken. Delays in cooking is understandable as life is unpredictable but when they lie to you, that is a conscious choice and unacceptable.
