Poor Service Delivery

I ordered a meal on the 28th December 2020 at the KFC parow branch the chicken was burnt and the my zinger wings was still raw i logged a complaint on the KFC website and Facebook however my problem was not resolved a lady called me told me ill get a reference number which in still waiting for is this the service yoy guys provide to your customers
