Poor service delivery

For some reason, lately when we buy takeaways from the KFC store based at Kempton Gate, the food quality is NOT GREAT at all. They never give us what we ordered & 99% of the time, the food is either not cooked properly, or it is so greasy & stale, that its not worth buying from them at all. Last night, the chicken was so oily, I couldn't hold it properly & it also felt like, this chicken had been lying around for 24 hours, instead of being fresh. The meat was old & tasted disgusting. The staff never listen when you go through the drive-thru & you always have to ask for the chili salt, as they never provide any at all. I will most certainly, NOT be buying from them ever again, nor will I recommend them to anyone else I know either.
