Poor service delivery

I had one of the worst experiences yesterday, I ordered food for delivery and firstly it took almost 2 hours for the 2 streetwise 2 meals to get to my house and secondly the delivery guy did not know how to operate the swipe machine so I had to physically work the machine, the food was cold and the chips were hard and that's not the worst the delivery guy did the delivery with a bakkie and the food was at the back of the open bakkie. The restaurant is one in Uitenhage Caledon Street.
