POOR SERVICE

day, I placed an order on the app on a Sunday in March and my order was unfortunately cancelled. I was informed that I would be refunded my money but nothing has been refunded as yet. Can I please have an update as to when I can expect to receive my money back. My order number was Belene***. It has been over a month and I still haven't received my refund
