Poor service

On the 4th of Jan me and my daughter went tona drive through at KFC Sanridge ordered ourselves All-Star boxes. Only to get home and realise we were given an incomplete order. Logged a complaint with KFC via the Facebook page. Got a call from someone who reassured me they are looking into the matter. Till today, no follow up. I'm rather disappointed with the lack of service and the poor manner in which they handle client complaints. My case number is CAS*** P2Z2B4
