Poor service

Good day,

I have placed an order yesterday amounting to R181.00 and that was the last cent I had in my account that was for supper for my family, we waited n waited the food never came !

I called the customer service with my own airtime and I was told to wait 7 days for my money to be refunded into my account ! That's absolutely ridiculous , where do I get another money ?????from ???to buy supper with ???

We living in hard times , finical crunch and trying to make ends meet.

I want my money back or food DELIVERED as in yesterday m not willing to wait 7 days to be refunded ,SYSTEM GLITCH MY FOOT I don't care I don't own KFc my money was taken from my account and service should be delivered ! must I go and make small loan for KFC WHILE THEY KEEPING MY MONEY !!!!

These well known Outlets are getting away with such a lot , we r not treated fairly as customers

I HAVE SPOKEN WITH THESE TWO USELESS , *********** AGENTS Kgomotso Moagi and Thandokazi Puma , who were unhelpful
