Poor service continuously

I gave 1 star because there is no option for no stars, Durban Springfield Store has the worst service ever in the last 1.5 years I have had 4 complaints, and the customer complaint's department does nothing about it so that is even a waste of time. They give you a ref no. And never follow up on anything, that store I have been sold raw chicken and then the driver thru should be s****ped because you wait longer at the driver than if you walk into the front, and the staff will tell you waiting time is 5 mins but when you get to the window to pay you already waited in the drive thru queue usually longer than that and. When they take payment they will tell must wait 20 mins
