Poor service
Tuesday I ordered a KFC meal and I got the wrong order I work night shift and sent a driver to go collect with the paper for my order the till slip matches what I wanted but the items in the bag does not. I was told I'd be contacted now ive heard nothing given the ticket number and client number. I have taken photos and will be posting on social media aswell

04 Oct 2021, 11:24I have just being to the same KFC after hearing nothing from anybody and I spoke to a shift supervisor by the name of Prudance and she was very helpful and welcoming went above and beyond her duty and resolved my problem thanks to her I'm happy with KFC again
