Poor Service

The KFC in Hullet Street Stanger goes from bad to worse. Last night I was in the drive thru and when I get to the payment counter I am told cash only. Having no cash with me I called for a manager. I had a simple request that i will go draw the cash but i did not want to rejoin the queue if possible. The manager said i wouldn't need to and i could walk in place and collect my order, Clealry this was not the case. i had to come back and replace the order than there was a long wait . i still was understanding towards this but what utterly annoyed me is the very manager just ignored us despite seeing the delay. He rather pulled up a chair and was massaging the foot a female patron. like really is this what your managers do. You have cameras at your store so you can view it for yourself. Time was around20:40. I have had numerous other issues in the past but have not brought it up.
