Poor service

Good day I'm highly disappointed in there drive thru service I in the que since 16:11 until 16:48 that's how slow it runs....and then when order comes my dunked pops looks as if it has strings or hair in it had to throw it out cause I refuse to go back as my baby was with me in the car.....I'm a regular customer at kfc but the service became poor poor won't recommend anyone to go buy there bedworthpark kfc at the pick n pay complex
